COMPLETE HOTEL EXPERIENCE — from €12,500 3 production days • 150 professionally edited photographs. A substantial commercial image library for a property with multiple room types, facilities, restaurants and distinctive guest experiences. Includes detailed pre-production, a prioritized shot list and three photography days across morning, daytime and evening. Coverage may include accommodation, gastronomy, wellness, facilities, destination, staff and authentic service moments. The hotel receives a curated, professionally edited gallery suitable for the agreed marketing channels. Optional private guest portraits stay in separate protected galleries. Usage licence, property access, model permissions, travel, accommodation and other logistics are confirmed in the proposal.
Regole di annullamento
Artikel 2 – Reservering & betaling 2.1. Fotoshoots via de website: volledige betaling vooraf via de online boekingsmodule. Er wordt niet gewerkt met aan- of restbetalingen. Een reservering is pas definitief na ontvangst van de volledige betaling. 2.2. Facturen voor extra’s/nabestellingen: betaaltermijn 3 dagen na factuurdatum. Levering/shoot vindt pas plaats na volledige betaling. 2.3. Bij uitblijven van (tijdige) betaling kan PhotoManiXDigital Photography de reservering of levering opschorten of annuleren. Artikel 3 – Annulering door klant 3.1. Annuleren kan uitsluitend schriftelijk per e-mail. 3.2. Annuleren tot 48 uur voor de afspraak: geen kosten. 3.3. Annuleren binnen 48 uur voor de afspraak: 50% van het factuurbedrag verschuldigd. 3.4. No-show of annulering op de dag zelf: 100% van het factuurbedrag verschuldigd.
